DNS Lookup
Query global DNS records instantly via secure DNS-over-HTTPS. Check propagation and verify domain configurations.
How to use the DNS Lookup Tool
To perform a DNS lookup, simply enter the domain name (e.g., example.com) into the input field above, select the record type you want
to query, and click "Perform DNS Lookup". Our tool communicates
directly with Google's Public DNS via a secure, encrypted HTTPS
connection.
Supported DNS Record Types
- A Record Maps a hostname to an IPv4 address.
- AAAA Record Maps a hostname to an IPv6 address.
- MX Record Specifies the mail servers responsible for receiving email.
- TXT Record Holds text information for outside sources, often used for SPF/DKIM verification.
- CNAME Record Alias of one name to another: the DNS lookup will continue by retrying the lookup with the new name.
- NS Record Delegates a DNS zone to use the given authoritative name servers.
